How can we leverage this technology and advance the business?  Does it add value?  Here's a handful of examples of where I've done just that.

Data doesn't stand up well on it's own, so let's bundle it together into something useful, look for patterns and meaning.  And present that in the most effective way possible.  Putting data to work using Excel, Access, SQL Server and Crystal Reports / Power BI.

Systems need hardware.  People need tools.  Both need to be kept up and running, maintained and backed up.  Downtime can break a business.  Quickly. Break / fix, hardware, platforms, virtual machines, phone systems.

Web design, visual communications, technical writing and creative projects designed to get the word out.

Analyze. Plan. Design. Implement. Maintain. Repeat.  Translating requirements into real-life isn't easy, but it makes the difference between toys and tools.

I've been a SharePoint evangelist since Server 2010.  With a little bit of work, SharePoint can be the platform to consolidate an entire business - and keep your team informed.

With SharePoint doing double-duty as a database platform, it only makes sense that PowerApps and PowerAutomate can create value from tools you already pay to use.  Here's a handful of innovative ways I've put it to work.
